CSM has rich experience and knowledge whether it is used in tube bending applications on commercial carriers or military ships. In 2010, we passed extremely stringent challenges: tube diameter up to 254 (10”), thickness to 12.7 (0.5”), and bend radius tight as 1.1~1.5 times. CSM has been known and resonated by customers and became a real player in the global shipbuilding industry where machines are installed in shipyards around the world, including Taiwan. As the shipbuilding industry gradually shifts to smart manufacturing and towards faster and systematic processing, customers are also taking all-electric models into production line to improve accuracy, save manpower, and store bending and tooling parameters in the system for effective management and application.
